Each customer with the Content MVP plan receives a dedicated Internet Marketing Consultant to work with on the marketing strategy of their website. Our IMCs have become experts in SEO for engineering, telecommunications, machining, and many more. Our build team has build hundreds of websites and always keep our customers involved along the process. We never want our customers to feel like a “ticket” in a system – our customers are our partners and are fully involved in decision making. 

The Content MVP Plan is the product we sell – the combined website design and a dedicated IMC to meet with monthly. The “Content” part of the MVP plan included an additional benefit of a monthly content piece of your choosing. An IMC or Internet Marketing Coordinator is what we call our account managers that specialize in SEO, email marketing, e-commerce, and other digital marketing strategies. Each Content MVP customer receives an IMC to be their primary point of contact for questions, meetings, and brainstorming of marketing ideas.

Yes, we do build websites but, we are so much more than that. Web development is a small part of what we provide but our main differentiation is the excellent customer service we offer through our IMC’s or Internet Marketing Consultants for customers. 

We keep our process very simply. You may Contact Us or book a free comprehensive site analysis call and our team will review your site in real time over a call. After that, you can determine if Cazbah is the right fit for you and work with the sales team for a follow-up call. Once the dotted line is signed, you will work with the build team to launch the website in approximately a 3 month timeline. Post website launch, you work with your IMC and meet with them monthly on your digital marketing strategy 

The sales calls will last as long as you need to decide if Cazbah is right for you. Building the website will take 3 – 4 months depending on the customization needed and the time you have to spend with the build team. Post website launch, you will work with your Internet Marketing Consultant and meet with them monthly to discuss marketing strategy, goals, KPIs, and performance. The more of your time you commit to your new website, the better your return on investment. It really comes down to how much time you are willing to spend. Is it 2 hours a week, 5, 10? We’ll take whatever you are willing to provide and the more time statistically, the better your success! 

Yes we do! Our Google Reviews and score are displayed on our website and we would be happy to provide specific references upon request. 

Yes, you will own your website. We handle the hosting of the content on your website and you will always own your own domain or URL. 

For our Content MVP Plan, we do not charge anything extra for changes. If there is a specific customization that goes out of scope we may charge a small fee but you will be well informed by your IMC if that is needed. If you are on a different, customized plan we may limit the amount of changes per month but that will be stated clearly in your contract. 

Yes we will. It is very important that we get to know you and your business. We try to keep our meetings to one hour to honor everyone’s time but can have additional meetings when needed. All of our meetings are held virtually. 

All of the communication that we have with you will take place via the telephone, online meetings and email. Over the years, we have found this to be the most efficient and effective way to manage our communication with our small business customers.

Yes it will. All Cazbah websites are designed to be mobile responsive meaning, that your new website will identify the device it is being viewed from and adjust the format to fit the device.

No, it will not. It all depends on what type of computer (desktop, laptop, tablet, smart-phone) the person viewing it has. Our websites are designed to identify the originating platform and adjust to meet the needs of the person viewing your new website.

Your website will always be live unless there is an unscheduled downtime due to server issues or other uncontrolled circumstances. Sometimes, there may be an issue with your domain that would need to be resolved. However, this is rare and any issue on our end will alert us right away when if it ever happens. 

No, you will not.

Yes. Depending on your plan you will be instructed on the basics of your site and given a login. If you have the Content MVP Plan, your IMC will assist with updates to the website and work with you on strategy.
