Is Cazbah a Web development company?

Yes, we do Web development but, we are so much more than that. Web development is a small part of what we provide but our main differentiation is the excellent customer service we offer through our IMC’s or Internet Marketing Consultants for Ultimate level customers.

How do I get started?

How much of my time will this take?
That depends… We are fond of telling our new customers that, just like everything else in life, you will get out of it what you put into it. We’re not trying to be cute here. This saying is especially true on the Internet. The more of your time you commit to your new website, the better your return on investment. It really comes down to how much time you are willing to spend. Is it 2 hours a week, 5, 10? We’ll take whatever you are willing to provide.
Do I own my new website?
Yes you will.
Do you charge for moves, adds and changes?

That depends on which plan you select. We have a pricing plan specifically designed for small businesses on a budget, which is geared to the do-it-yourselfer who wants to save money by making the changes themselves. We also have a plan for a business that wants full support.

Will you rebuild my existing website?
Yes we will. If you have a website that you have invested a significant amount of time and money into, we will work to retain as much of the original content as possible. We will fix what is broken, redesign what isn’t working and make recommendations on ways to improve your presence on the Internet.
How soon will my new website be launched?
With a normal small business website design & build we estimate three (3) months if everything goes as planned.
Will we need to meet in order to develop my new website?
Yes we will. It is very important that we get to know you and your business. This is the only way we are going to be able to address your small business needs on the Internet. We will not be meeting in person though.

All of the communication that we have with you will take place via the telephone, online meetings and email. Over the years, we have found this to be the most efficient and effective way to manage our communication with our small business customers.

What format should the documents and images be in that I supply you for my new website?
We’ll take whatever you have. MS Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and text files are fine for content. Image files can be .JPG, .GIF or .PNG. If you have product information that you are providing for your Ecommerce catalog, we need the original content not just a  .PDF file of the manufacturer’s catalogue. Most manufacturers have this if you ask for it.
Will my new website be Responsive?

Yes it will. All Cazbah websites are designed to be mobile responsive meaning, that your new website will identify the device it is being viewed from and adjust the format to fit the device.

Will I make updates to my new website or will you?
If you have the Cazbah Basic or Intermediate Plan you will be responsible for making your own updates to the site.  You will be trained on how to make those changes and will have access to the Cazbah Help Desk support if you have any issues.

If you have the Advanced or Ultimate plan you can make the update to your site or we will do it for you.  Your dedicated Internet Marketing Consultant is at your disposal to assist you with updates and changes (at no extra charge).

They may also have some specific recommendations on how to make changes right, the first time. So, you may want to run it by them first.

Will my new website appear the same to everyone?
No it will not. It all depends on what type of computer (desktop, laptop, tablet, smart-phone) the person viewing it has. The Cazbah Technology is designed to identify the originating platform and adjust to meet the needs of the person viewing your new website.
Will my new website always be available?

We can’t guarantee that your new website will be live all of the time. But, we can say with a reasonable amount of confidence that it will be live 99.999% of the time. This percentage is known as the 5-9s and is used in the telecommunications industry as an industry ‘up-time’ standard. We have exceeded this number 20+ years running.

Do I need to install software?
No you will not.
Is there any training provided with the Content Management System - CMS?

Yes. Depending on your plan you will be instructed on the basics of your site and given a login. If you have the Ultimate plan, your IMC will assist with updates to the website.
