Internet Marketing Consultant

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Internet Marketing Consultant (IMC) working in our Victor, NY office.

Make your own schedule; any days and times between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday! This position offers a competitive salary, annual bonus compensation, work-from-home opportunities, medical and dental benefits, vacation, paid time off (PTO), matching IRA contributions, and paid holidays.

The Cazbah IMC is the front line of client service. They are responsible for establishing a trusting relationship and becoming an integral partner in each of their client’s businesses.

The IMC’s purpose is to make the client’s business successful online. The IMC is also responsible for continuing the development of his/her skills to provide the best Internet Marketing solution in the industry.

IMC Primary Job Functions include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Being the primary point of contact for all client interactions
  • Holding monthly marketing meetings with each client
  • Developing and implementing a basic Internet Marketing Plan based on the IMC Operations Document
  • Coordinating with the production team to execute identified tasks, based on monthly meetings and client needs
  • Coaching clients to focus on the three key areas of the Internet Marketing Plan: Content, Visibility, Measurement
  • Assisting with high priority and emergency client situations as needed
  • Performing additional training as needed based on industry applications to ensure high levels of proficiency.
  • Establishing Subject Matter Expert (SME) status on areas of strength within their IMC team
  • Contributing to team functions as applicable based on business need (employee mentoring, job sharing, collaborating with Sales/Production as needed)
  • Operating within boundary conditions of IMC operational standards & guidelines
  • Maintaining a Client relationship focused on the strategic versus tactical level
  • There are no sales responsibilities with the IMC position

Required:

  • Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing OR a combination of education and experience to meet job qualifications
  • Basic understanding OR any experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, OR Google Ads
  • Resourceful – with the ability to research and solve problems independently
  • Self-starter with good work and personal ethics
  • Excellent professional, communication skills both verbal and written

Preferred:

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
  • Strong, trustworthy team player
  • Experience with email platforms like Constant Contact or Mailchimp
  • Understanding of SEO principles or experience with common SEO toolsets is a plus
  • Self-motivator with the ability to prioritize and multi-task independently
  • Ability to build positive, consultative relationships with customers and teammates
  • Strong MS Office/Google Business Suite skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML code
  • Content writing experience
  • Thrive in a team environment and work well with others
  • Passionate about learning new technologies/skills and be able to do so with minimal guidance
  • Experience working with small/medium businesses

    Sales - Account Executive

    Cazbah – Victor, NY 14564
    We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales – Account Executive working out of our Victor, NY corporate office. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing various aspects of the new customer sales process. Activities include sales pre-work, lead generation, prospect analysis, making sales calls, presentations, closing deals, literature drops, customer visits, content development, social media, community management and ongoing communications with suspects, prospects and customers.

    Candidates will:

    • Work with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team member(s) to manage all aspects of lead generation/nurturing process including pre-work, analysis, content development, social media, community management & ongoing marketing and pre-sales communications.
    • Identify and pre-qualify prospects using Cazbah’s lead generation methodology.
    • Utilize internal sales CRM / social selling tools to maintain regular & frequent dialogue with suspects and prospects.
    • Physically call on suspects and prospects in order to schedule sales presentation and present comprehensive analysis’.
    • Effectively manage sales calling/closing activities toward the accomplishment of monthly sales quota objectives, coordinating all sales activities with SDR(s).
    • Educate prospects, Interpret/translate the unique values of Cazbah to the prospect’s situation, while efficiently reviewing and presenting an analysis of various aspects of prospect’s business online.
    • Provide consistent and timely feedback about the market conditions and the needs of prospects to their direct supervisor.
    • Maintain regular social media interaction, consistently growing personal connections and the number of Cazbah community members.
    • Follow up with prospects/customers to close business and ensure satisfaction with the Cazbah solution.

    Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

    • Degree/diploma in sales/marketing or related discipline
    • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will also be considered
    • Native intelligence and several years of direct experience working with Commercial/Industrial SMBs (manufacturing, dealers/distributors, service companies) in Upstate New York – Rochester, Syracuse and Buffalo areas.
    • Proficient in the use of technology with a strong understanding of Internet concepts is highly desired
    • Demonstrated personal drive, positive attitude, team player, self-motivator and goal oriented
    • Social and interpersonal effectiveness, with the ability to foster strong relationships
    • Demonstrated time management, attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication ability with a positive attitude and customer service philosophy

      Prior Internet service related industry as-well-as previous industry background in manufacturing, dealer/distributor and service industry is desirable, though not required.
