Stewardship – “stew·ard·ship” (noun): the conducting, supervising, or managing of something; especially: the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one’s care – Merriam-Webster.

A Thought:
At Cazbah we interpret Stewardship to mean, the responsibility that we organizationally accept to properly utilize and develop our Technology, Process and People, on behalf of our customers. We apply ourselves, in everything we do, toward the advancement and improvement of those things entrusted to us.
As an Internet Marketing services company, stewardship for us is a way of doing business: to do good, always. We believe that there are really only three choices that a company can make: Do good, do evil, or do nothing at all. We choose to do good and our customers have told us they really appreciate it!

A Habit:

  • Corporate Stewardship – In everything we do we seek to define and follow best practices. We continuously improve our processes and the quality of the work we do for our customers. We educate our people on our values, ensuring that everyone is aligned and has bought-into the philosophy of how we do business. We develop the expertise of our people related to the technologies and the methods that are so critical to the work we do.
  • Relational Stewardship – We develop working relationships with each and every customer, toward the accomplishment of their goals. Once defined and accepted these shared goals, and our ability to assist our customers in their achievement, serve to describe the effectiveness of our work. We hold ourselves accountable for our actions and the results that we accomplish.
  • Financial Stewardship – Our customers entrust us with their financial success and we accept the responsibility that goes along with it. As good stewards we believe that it is our responsibility to get our customers a Return On Investment (ROI). Furthermore, we provide our customers with a fixed monthly price, without hidden fees, so there is never a question about what our services cost.

A Character:
In every case, our customers have a problem. Whatever they’ve been doing up to this point hasn’t worked and something needs to change in order to fix it. The nature of what we do for our customers is to act as a change agent, providing them with the Technology, work Process and People – dedicated service and support, necessary to implement effective change and fix their problem.
